I'll be starting my CDL training with DS in Indiana hopefully next month. I would be starting next week but I told my recruiter that I have been taking "Prescribed" Valium and didn't want to risk failing the drug test and the nurse my recruiter talked to said it takes about a month or less to get completely out of your system. To drive 600 miles then have to turn right around and come home would suck.
The company I chose to drive with is PAM. But after reading some of the negative posts about PAM on here I'm having doubts. The only other option is USA Trucking through DS. Any advice on which one to choose would be great.
Btw, I'm glad I joined this forum. Lots of great information and the crowd here seems to be very helpful from what I've seen so far.

Not sure why you have had ANY responce but I wouldn't worry about it...
Your question is open ended, do you want to drive OTR, local or what? Are you military? How long you want to stay out?

    Welcome to the party!

Better to post your serious questions in the 'Questions from New Drivers' or some other similar section. A lot of the members do not visit the welcome wagon often.
