    New to the forum, but not new to trucking. I've been a driver for 15 years, am a single mom and have been pretty fortunate in my career. I don't really have any complaints or gripes about the industry other than DOT but what driver doesn't complain about them? I joined the forum to read mostly, I'm not much of a talker. I just thought it'd be nice to see how other drivers are treated and what they have to say about they're companies. So hi.

    Hi back. I love my company, Munoz Trucking. It's a small operation, about 85 trucks and growing. It's a true family business. Juan Pablo Munoz is the owner. His brother Carlos is head of the shop, his brother Pascual is in charge of operations and his sister Dolores is in charge of payroll and other paperwork duties. They really take care of their equipment. Almost all Volvo 780 sleepers. Despite being a small fleet in El Paso, we are all w-4 employees, no 1099 bs.
