Hello Lisa- I start my schooling next Monday and am also wondering if this is the right choice.. I currently am an electrician but decided to take a year off and go trucking. I am scared and excited at the same time.. I have always worked in a male dominant profession and I will say that us women are way better at doing stuff that men think we can't. I actually prefer working with men. Good luck to you and stick with it. I hope to meet you out on the road someday!
