Hi guy's

I just joined, been an owner operator for 15+ years I am also a farmer. I joined Trucker Report because I havd some issues with my 379 Pete, It has over 1.4 million miles and it is getting tired like me.

I am 68 years old, been divorced for 6 years, after a 39 year marriage. I have one daughter and two grandsons. I probably should retire, but if you have worked all of your life, sitting down and doing nothing means giving up on life, I'm not ready for a rocking chair or a coffin. Working helps keep a guy young and death away from the door. I still drive 3000 miles a week if the job calls for it. I am leased on to a commodities broker, hauling farm commodities. I've been thinking about trying my hand at flatbed pipe hauling from Houston to ND and hay back to my part of Texas. Hauling both ways helps the pocketbook.
