    I was directed here by a Google search for information on the Meritor auto trans. Got some good info the very first time. This site looks like a very good resource.
    I'm an RVer towing a 20,000# fifth wheel and I'm shopping for a used class 8 tractor to convert for pulling my fiver.
    I'm not a trucker, but I did get a class "A" CDL after I retired. I did work briefly as a driver/delivery pulling 36 to 45 ft. reefers. Man, that was hard work.
    I welcome any thoughts or comments about my plans to "live on the road" driving a big rig.

    PS: It looks to me like I'm typing in a bold font......if it posts that way I'm sorry, I don't mean to holler.
