i paused that video a couple of times. to me, it appears that driver was in the seat when it got hit, and got thrown out.

 

Driver has the vest on by metal shed.

 

Lock the differential and move ?? Or is trailer off road stopping him

I think the belly of the hopper is what got caught

 

Normally once you are high centered, you have to lift the trailer somehow, add air to airbags if drive wheels are spinning, or have someone tow you off. First thing to do if hung up on RxR is call the number listed at the RxR crossing
