High coolant and engine oil temperatures normal? D12 Volvo 630

My 2006 Volvo 670 the oil is from 185 F to 200 F or from 88 C to 95 C . Big hills 215 no more. The coolant from 170 F on flat to 180-190 on hills. The speed is from 60 to 65mp/h. The speed is very important for the oil temperature. Less speed cooler oil.
