Hello everyone, thinking to purchase a truck again but need some advice. The truck I’m looking at is a 2015 W900L with an ISX Cummins. Odometer is at 910,000 KM, with around 29,000 engine hours. The truck was previously hauling crude oil which requires to load and unload with a PTO from my understanding. The engine was redone at 680,000 KM. Any thoughts on high engine hours? Also the truck is DEF deleted. I plan to haul fuel into British Columbia with it from Edmonton. Please let me know if there is anything I should be cautious of. Thanks

Well from what the invoices tell me. It was redone twice. Once at 440,000KM, this one was half assed. They swapped the block with a used one and put it an inframe kit. I’m guessing the block was not good hence why it was re done again at 680,000 Km. Second time around they put a new block not used. New head, new camshaft, all new rockers and injectors. No turbo though.

Well the hours of course that’s why I asked the question¿?

Stay away………not knowing who did the “fix” plus 2 rebuilds is enough for me to pass on it.
