Just about any truck parts outlet will have Donaldsons. I opted for the Walker Megaflows in that they specially treated the tops and bottoms of them to prevent corrosion. Just a cut above a Donaldson. They are in the ballpark of $100 at most places. Either way you go, check parts outlets in your area on prices. Ryder Fleet is going to hit you for shipping also, so you need to factor that into the cost. You might do just as well or better buying at a local parts place.

I just took one of their so called mufflers off. All I could ever see is that it made a lot of noise but no other benefits. I will give you the one I took off, but you would have to come get it out of the scrap pile.....

I paid $100 a piece from the local truck parts store (wheelco) and there was no shipping charge as they just put it on a stock order.

Yep. That is they way I do it. I have whatever I am buying put in the normal stock order and brought in with their normal stock run. No shipping that way.

No better mpg or lower EGT's by using it? That seems strange compared to a restrictive, baffled OEM style muffler.

My MPGs went up and my truck was quieter than with the baffled mufflers. I paid around $90 at Ryder and picked them up myself.
