    If you're driving a local job not covered by the FMCSA does that mean the same drug testing requirements are not in place since it is legal in California?

    they’re registered with the federal DOT… On top of that their numbers are so horrendous. I can’t believe they’re still operating.. vehicle maintenance is absolutely atrocious the violations that they have OMG
