Higher HP Clutch

Yes PDI is telling me almost 2300# of torque, that is why i didn't know if i would be pushing it with the eaton 2250. I can buy the eaton locally, and would have to get Lipe or PDI clutches shipped in. I just don't want to go through this again in another 6 months. Yes i am going to do a new input shaft and flywheel no matter which clutch i end up going with. The hard decision for me is Eaton, Lipe, or PDI clutch.

 

Still working on this project. I now have 3 broken exhaust manifold studs. Call me crazy, but i just thought i would ask, could my clutch/flywheel be out of balance to cause enough shake/vibration to do this kind of thing to my manifold studs? I just ordered a new manifold install kit, clutch, and clutch install kit from PDI. I hope this will get me some results. Now I just have to find a NEW flywheel. I do not want a resurfaced one again.
