Hill bros. Driver killed .

I checked tonight and hadn't seen anything but wasn't sure if I might have missed something. I was up at west plains today and got to thinking about it. Also got to thinking it might be time for a carry permit.

Heard last weekend something about a shooting on hwy 75. Kept thinking that was down there by ardent Mills in Omaha where I used to deliver. It was bad before and just getting worse.

And people still wonder why I carry a gun...wife used to call me paranoid, she all but threw my Ruger at me this morning when I got out of bed.

 

Sad thing is they have made A LOT and I mean A LOT of progress cleaning up some of the worse areas of Omaha. You still have bad areas I live down in Beatrice 12400 people I'm 5 blocks from the sheriff's department, 1/2 mile from the police department I can sit on my porch and watch 4 drug deals go down most days/nights between 2p.m. and 10 p.m. but I was shocked when I drove down Cummings street today and seen the progress. Still not the nicest part of town but they've really cleaned it up.

Sad situation hopefully they find the schmuck that pulled the trigger and he pays for what he did.

This is why I don't carry my pistol with me.
I would be the one the cops are searching for.
5 minutes of anger leaves one dead and another

I've never understood how someone can just take a person's life like that. Like literally, someone pisses you off in traffic so you put 3 bullet holes in them? WhAt?! Like, how did they make it through walmart all these years? Or what happens when they have to wait too long on their McDonald's order? You took 4 minutes too long on my Big Mac, now I'm gonna end your existence .....
