    Stevens has you Transflo your settlements once your load is complete. You get paid two days later. So they don't have a regular payday. You can get paid 2 or 3 times a week if you choose to go that route. By the way, Stevens charges the driver, even if you're company, $1 or $2 as an administrative charge every time you Transflo. Even though that is the only way for them to get the BOLs and issue you your pay settlement. At least that's how it was back in 2017. Pretty cool, huh?

    They don't let you go contract out the gate. You have to show you can run the miles first. So that's not the reason for the delay. They run the trucks through safety and maintenance before you get it.

    No truck today. But they did send a couple of other grads out with their trucks. Just have to wait for mine.

    I remember pulling out of the yard for the first time in my own truck, it hit me that I was totally on my own. No one there to help me. That was almost ten years ago.
