Hireright is a members only organization. The "members" are the trucking companies that pay a fee to belong to Hireright. They can then report drivers records (good and bad) to Hireright as well as get info from Hireright. You can dispute anything on Hireright's reports, just like a credit report. As for driving records, they are public, and your drivers license number is floating around out there with you applying for jobs. As for criminal records, they can be harder to track. Your previous employment history is basically from truck companies that report to Hireright. Your job at Taco Bell last year won't be on Hireright.

Off in 7 is that everything or just driving reports? -
When I received my DAC report from Hirewhatever, it had no criminal history on it. I do have a checkered past from the 70's that I've made no mystery about, that W/S or any company could have reported. It's not there. I tend to believe that the criminal history part of the report is not disclosed to the reported, and that is a company subscriber level info thing.
Anyone disagree, and get their criminal history on their self requested DAC?123456 Thanks this.
