    Finding a good owner operator is normally easier to find than a good company hand . Reason is the owner op has a VESTED interest in your company expansion thus , if you succeed in the expansion it aids the owner op . The operator will be willing to help in ways sometimes a company hand May or may not be willing to in order to help gain new accounts or in some customer service aspects that are critical to maintaining accounts which result in revenue for both parties .
