Since you man has a CDL he should get a copy of his PSP report. I think it's $10 online and immediately available.

The insurance companies can see AT LEAST the MVR and the PSP, plus they have access to an industry database. Who knows what other info they can find.

This is what is supposed to happen once those convictions hit the CDLIS.
In this case, the cases being reduced to reckless helped. It is clear this person has a serious drinking problem. I know several people that have done that one-year suspension of their CDL after a DUI.

I edited this to add I know of a lady who got a rather large fine by the Virginia DOT at the Roanoke Scales because she was operating a CMV without a medical card. This just happened about a month ago.Bean Jr. Thanks this.
