I had a situation did a 34 at home .asked to move empty trl from where I parked it while I got my 34 in no problem... took said trl to my company drop yard all is well... until sitting in my companies drop yard debating do I Bobtail home or do I take my preloaded trl home and try to stash it for 2 days somewhere about 5 to 10 mins just sitting this is Nov 25th black friday 6pm... suddenly "karen" comes up to my parked trk honking like a loon... so I get out she tells me I took out a traffic light 2 miles down the road and I said excuse me!!! look over trl nothing hanging on it, check the sides, the tires ect even open the doors look at the roof from the inside nothing no bends no dings no holes no scrapes no traffic light... I walk down to the police station across from the drop yard start explaining to police officer what I was just told here comes Karen ...cop told Karen to go doesnt take her name(as far as I know)...asked me for registration cdl insurance i run back to my trk..I give it to him all I get is a business card with a site n incident report number ..he tells me I didn't see anything I'm not taking her word for it he goes on about his business. now well fast forward a week ...check everyday 4 times a day nothing with the information I was given. its today( Saturday 6 days after ) my wife receives mail advertising lawyers from this area and statements we are aware of your recent ticket of careless driving so I check the site again nothing. I call the police station I get an officer I'm told I had been cited but he's not the responding officer that was present that night so he doesnt have much more info other then that and it wasn't posted to the site because the clerk that does that was off so now I feel completely ####ed about this entire deal more ?s then answers what happens with my job(1st "accident" ever in 6 years I have 2 incidents this year (a scrap on the paint from a trl i got 2 close to 90ing into a dock and i slide in ice into a trl raised to high and broke a work light 3 years with this company) is this csa points? how do I fight this or is it pointless to fight this or hope my company fights it with me anyone give me some help here I appreciate it

The cop didn’t see you do it and he can not testify in the case.
And the Karen Probabaly won’t show up in court, and if she doesn’t the judge will dismiss the case .
