Spot on Taylormade. I spoke with a dominos guy yesterday and he said the same thing. I am hoping by January more companies will be hiring.
Anyone know the idling policies for KLLM, Stevens, Werner, and FFE corp?

I just called Con-way and they told me that they are not accepting any student applications. They are presently requiring 6 months OTR experience.

try ct transportation. but i gotta ? do u have any relatives in GA or AL becuz if so you would have more opprotunity. tell the company u currently reside in fla but willing to transfer IF hired. if that works use ther address but the thing is when they send u home u would have to drive your car from the terminal to orlando or just move when ya money get right cuz i might move to valdosta and still be 2hrs away frm orlando. now some companies will let u take home time anywhere in the US but i guess its a luck of the draw and another thing is to find a company with a terminal in fla because atleast u would have a better chance of gettin HOME which is fla

I had to get a GA address temporarily (even though I still reside in FL) and get a GA drivers license. I take home time in FL. The issue is getting in the door, and then you can take home time wherever. If you don't know any relatives, you can rent a craphole for a couple of months to get a lease in order to get a GA drivers license. You gotta do what you gotta do. I can almost assure you that you won't get hired as a student in FL. Also, it doesn't matter where a terminal is. If the company hires out of GA or whatever state...you're good. you don't have to live near the terminal.

well when i start ill post my time with my company but if u got ppl in GA and TN then u in the game and just use there address but do like lovin truckin and take home time in FL thats what i plan on doing but if ur skeptical then go wit ur first instinct but if u really wanna drive and its in ur blood then do what u gotta do. Because how i look at it is none of my friends and family in fl are gonna support me so i gotta do what i gotta do but best of luck to ya
