Ok if you say its a new and improved company I won't doubt your word on it. I still would like to see some drivers that currently work there tell me
about how satisfied they are now. If this company
had not treated me the way they did I would never
have said one unkind word about them. I will wait
and see what future postings have to say.

I make that much as a company driver, but it has taken me 22 years and a lot of companies to get there, in my opinion until you have at least 5 yrs exp DONT DO A LEASE PURCHASE!

From the Hirschbach website. "We offer lease operators a $750 cash bonus every 6 months so they don't go in the hole, financially, when they take a week off." That says alot and it is not good.

I'll go out on a limb and say that they're aware that a lot of drivers may want to do a leave, but have not business doing a lease. They'd rather throw $1500 bucks a year at a driver and have them stay then have them take time off and for any reason end up in the hole and quit. No lease is perfect. No company is perfect. God knows they've frustrated the heck out of me from time to time.

.82 cents a mile for o/o. Many other companies that have 100% o/o's mostly pay $2-3 a mile with loadboards. large companies= less money. Look at new century, they just went bankrupt.

How many times must we say this, Never, Never, Never Lease a truck from the same people who books your loads. You will end up broke every time. There are tons of truck dealers that will work with you, get off your butt and find them. I'm getting tired of the horror stories on this site. Do your home work, Save up money or find funding, find a truck dealer that will help you, then find a good company, Don't buy a truck until after you have a contract that's fair to both you and the carrier.

100% of these leases are scams, but that doesn't mean the company is bad, it just means "Don't lease from the same people who controls your income."
