Fair enough bro, I've been a first hand witness to many underhanded things that have happened at HML. But I'm also kind of impressed with the efforts they're making. Not impressed enough to keep working there. Oh and go buy some milk, lots and lots of milk maybe some cheese and if you're really feeling adventurous try some Lifeway brand Kefir, it's not half bad and they're a solid customer.

I'm a Driver at Hirschbach. Been here 9 months. I'm happy. If you have any questions I'll shoot you straight. What I can tell you up front is the mileage is good, if you know what loads to take and which ones not to. Tyson loads are a joke as they almost always have a 24 hour window to pick up and aren't ready till the last minute. I refuse those loads unless they are pre loaded. Don't take Push loads from farmland either. I'm averaging over 1400 take home a week. So I can't complain to much.

You average over $1400 a week after taxes? Are you a company driver or an owner operator, or are you lease purchasing a truck from HIRSCHBACH?
If your a company driver how much are you paid by the mile? How many miles a week do you drive to take home over $1400 every week?

My guess is hes a l/p driver and that 1400 is before taxes.

Most likely, I don't think a company driver can turn down a TYSON load.
But he did say take home pay.

I heard they did a cpm raise for everyone. I have no idea what that makes the payscale, but I do know of several drivers that made good money while I was working there. Granted it wasn't everyone, and often times the drivers that did well pushed the HOS to the limit.

Well maybe he can come back and post something that offers more details about what type of driver he is and how he manages to make the kind of money he claims to take home on average.

Hey fellas. That's average of 1400 take home. That's after taxes. My best week was 2500 take home my worst about 800 and the 800 is after spending 4 nights at home. The pay per mile is on a scale. The fewer the miles the higher the amount. As far as HOS. We are on electronic logs. So can't be done

If you'd like to see pay stubs. Send me an email address and I'll send proof. It's been a great company for me so far

eLogs don't actually prevent you from doing anything. There are multiple ways to work the system to your advantage.
