He said he called his "back-up" company and Hirschbach caught wind of that, while at the same time the log dept was questioning his "test". And then let him go. Maybe he called from the safety guys desk ?

On first thought this looks like the age old case of HirschbachLog DeptAgents having located a possible dissenter in an orientation class and subsequently finding suspect imprints on a post-it note and subsequently submitted said post-it note to the Hirschbach Corporate Forensic Document Examiner (HCFDE)to perform an indented writing exam to squash any and all dissensionest behavior amongst the trainee ranks.
The HCFDE must have identified with in the body of this post-it note that said trainee was suspected of "contacting his fall back hiring option," by using that well known technique of rubbing a pencil over the pad to reveal the "truth.:"
instead this case seems more like a "big dog in Galion, Ohio," whoops " i took pre-employment drug test urine it came back positive,i need to no what to do trying to get another driving job.can anyone help me"
Which is it?Meltom Thanks this. -
Safety Guy: So, umm, Hours of Service what's the deal?
OP: Yeah about that.........do you mind if I make a phone call.
Safety Guy: Well, I wanted to talk about your test...but sure why not.
OP: OK, just a second. Hey (insert other company), you guys still want to hire me? Oh yeah you do? Great, looks like I'll be available. I'll get back to you.
Safety Guy: So who was that?
OP: Oh nobody, just had to umm, you know make a phone call.pilottravel2002, Third3y3guy and Joescheppae Q Thank this. -
Oh crud, they pay attention to that logging test? Every time I've taken one in orientation they said you wouldn't be graded on it! That's what I get for answering C. on every question, including the true/false.
Meltom Thanks this. -

Hi, I was hoping to get some honest answers before I apply there. I have a great MVR and work history, My questions are mainly about orientation. Is it a 3 or 5 day orientation and is it a standard Urine test or has Hirschbach gone to the Hair Test also? I prefer the Hair test so I know what type of co workers I can expect at these truck stops and how safe they are? Also is the Orientation paid after completion or not? Any help you can give me would be appreciated, Thanks.
