If you cant afford a downpayment through any of the decent mega carriers then you are in no situation to become a lease op.
its a business, youre no longer just a driver.
as for hirshbach, we have to kick their drivers out of our yard multiple times a day because they continue to send drivers in without their PO numbers then the drivers cry "why cant you just let me sit here and wait till they get me my pick up number" well, because you and 5 other HB drivers are doing the same dang thing, parking in the way all waiting 30-1hr for your PO.
Why these HB drivers get mad at me for removing them from our yard is beyond me. get mad at your company for setting you up to fail instead of me clearing out our yard so WE dont lose business.

Really? No one is gonna recommend SuperEgo? Self dispatch, choose your own truck & trailer, run where & when you want...how can you go wrong?
Just ignore Natasha when she says "At SuperEgo, you do not own truck, truck own you!". (She has a dry sense of humor)
Just me, but I'd buy my own truck and sign on with someone else. If you look at Craigslist, I bet you can find a low mileage Prostar for dirt cheap.firemedic2816 Thanks this. -
Best option for lease purchase is one on percentage that let's you book your own loads. Been there and done it.
That way you're in control of your destiny.
No dispatcher, no carrier photoshopping rate cons etc.
It's all on you if you make it or not when you book your own loads.KingG239 Thanks this. -
