Yeah, his safety man might claim "he should have known the truckstop was bad"

They are pretty bad about that stuff.

Even a cheap lawyer would have a field day with that claim in court...if kebo072 was tired, out of hours, or just hungry....in the name of "safety", he must stop where there is legal parking.

Did you move the truck or are these pictures from the exact spot it happened? My only question is if you didn't move the truck where is all the broken parts from the head light and quarter panel. You should see at least some of it on the ground.

Kebo ~ You are doing better than the roll-over in Milwaukee (yesterday) & the driver that blew through a stop sign and took out a mini-van today.

I don't see how kebo would be charged a preventable unless he gets nailed for not getting any info on the other truck at the very least the company's name and truck number. I hope he fairs well with this one. What's going on with Roehl drivers? (No offense) Accidents were up there when I was with them the first part of this year and last week a Roehl truck took out the median guide wire on 70 in Missouri near Blackwater and had traffice blocked because his trailer was in the left lane and he was stuck in the ditch.

I am in Milwaukee. I saw that roll-over and it looked like it COULD be a Roehl truck but it was hard to tell. So it seems like it was...geez whats going on?
The speeds are listed on that curve and NEED to be heeded to...

They don't show a map, but they say 94/43 Southbound near the National Avenue exit. If Google Maps combined with the pictures on the slideshow add up to what I think it does, it looks like the problem was a very slight left turn. That or he slid for 10 blocks after rolling at the Marquette Interchange.
