    It's clear there were no lights to the front, but it is unknown if lights to the rear were activated. I have seen many enforcement cars parked with lights to the rear only and many agencies have discovered that fewer lights are better.

    I saw this video too. It looked like the cop was going to hit the pickup truck anyway. I agree, there was something going on we don't see. Driver still should have stopped.

    More than likely they’ll still blame it on the driver. The fact that the driver never stopped and kept going won’t help the trucker’s case at all.

    That being said I have no respect for the Minnesota po-po’s after what they pulled on drivers with that “fatigue checklist” crap.

    I completely agree. Some of this crap they cook up to screw with us is just ridiculous. If they would pay more attention to the idiot four wheelers........

    Well there were multiple stopped cars involved in an accident right in front of the cop car. Regardless of whether the cop cut across two lanes or not there were still vehicles stopped in that lane. Who’s to say the driver would have avoided them? And still left the scene of an accident
