    etc.

Well, you could call the police and tell them you think someone is trying to hijack your truck. Given recent events it won't turn out well for the "DB."

    ehh....yeah, LOL....Sure. They ain't gonna do s****.

You could smash the car and say "i couldn't stop the Truck in Time!" ***CLEARLY the dash cam shows the driver willfully intended to cause a Crash! I would then sue her ##***!

QC has nothing to do with it ... hours are logged the same whether on paper or the QC ... you can easily run 3300 to 3500 miles week. The only issue is getting the loads.

My issue is that the loads I am getting, they've been live load and unload, I'm new so I take my time and focus on being safe and courteous, and frankly, I'm still learning to manage my clock. Also, all my loads have been in mountains with ice or snow and spent the better part of 4 hours with my 4 ways on crawling uphill, and then in a low gear trying not to kill myself coming down.

I've been otr for 8 days and my mentor ran regional dedicated for Target, in Texas. This is all new to me.

Road rage 4 wheeler. It happens, has happened to me. I think the truck driver made a mistake dueling / tailgating with the idiot. If they had made contact, maybe the car driver would of had a problem based on the video but doubtful the truck driver would have walked away scot-free if he rear ended the car.

Finally saw the video after someone linked it to youtube. What would I have done? Very simple. I'd back off while calling 911 and reporting them for reckless driving. Sure, I'd like to be able to do a PIT maneuver on their little #### box and hope and pray that they do about 5 endos and if I'm lucky, they will be ejected and I'll get to see a real live Raggedy Ann dance on the pavement...but, the smartest thing to do is to back off and report them for their offense. It's not my job to change the world one idiot at a time.

btw...this is the video I saw. Sounds like there's more footage before this one starts?

The video you say is 11 seconds longer than the one on facebook.

Her description on facebook is this

"This is my dash cam. I passed another truck that was going approx 5mph slower than me, who decided to speed up when I was almost past him. not my fault it took me a single minute (literally, only a minute) to pass him. this car apparently was mad he had to wait for me. and no, i didnt cut him off, he was a ways back when I got over to pass. This was in cedar rapids, IA. West bound hwy 30. right by the exit for Edgewood Rd.
UPDATE:. Police contacted me. Can't do anything and was told to contact city attorney. The vehicle registration does NOT match the description of the driver. Driver was a male possibly in his early 50s. Have been told he lives in CR on/off of Williams Blvd, which is the exit we both took."

Ah, that clears it up. Yeah, this is almost the same exact thing that the Toyota Tacoma fool did in SLC. In the range of 55-60mph, slow truck A was taking his time passing slow truck B. Once slow truck A passes B and gets back in the right lane, I ramp it up to 70 and pass slow truck A and B at a good clip since they were both putting along. I get past slow truck A and merge back into the right lane. That's when 4wheeler McGee passes me and cuts in front of me and does the same thing you see in the video. No doubt 4wheeler McGee was about 2mm off my trailer the whole time the slow trucks were jockeying for position, so he couldn't tell who was the cause of the holdup. Naturally, he thought it was my fault since I was in front of him.

I didn't bother calling 911 since I didn't get his plate number. It was over probably 5 seconds after it started.
