    Try Bolus Freight in Taylor.
They hire anybody no matter what your record.
They pay crap, ageing trucks, lousy runs, etc., etc.
The owner was busted by the Feds for receiving stolen property
a few years back (his son runs it now).
Your typical low life scumbag trucking outfit.
    Hey, DUI's can't be choosers.

hmm my questions still go unanswered for some reason and also there is a button called multiquote it keeps the thread looking tidy instead of individually responding to each thread just fyi but you obviously didnt see me say that earlier either wonder y

ypo wasnt there either. im not saying it didnt happen the way you said. but i would have called the cops and reported it. even if you find the truck now it would be hard to prove he did it

Did the young woman forget to call the local police department ?

The chances a finding the truck involved is unlikely.
the chance of finding an eye witness who was at the scene is unlikely.
The chance of even having a officer issue a citation unlikely.

I would take this incident and learn a valuable lesson from it, like stopping at the scene of the accident and call 911. report a hit and run and let the authorities do their job of investigation. She and the truck driver are both guilty of Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

AND, there's a possibility that he DIDN'T KNOW he hit her. It's happened before. It's not an excuse either. It's a possibility !!!

99.99% of the drivers I know would have stopped if they knew. The penalty for leaving the scene is brutal especially if one or both have to be towed away.

We can do would have / should have all day. Debrief the daughter ! Get every detail, file a police report and if you have ins., claim it ! They will find the carrier. You have a plate number? Give it to them ! They will find the guy !!

    roaddawg92 Thanks this.

Hey Firebird, sounds like you know who hit her, I mean you keep saying the driver is a "he", how do you know that? It may have been a woman truck driver, you might not know this but women drive tractor trailers too.
