the only problem with that is, if the pole, either pole, was previously bent, by another driver, and someone saw what he did, and they call in on him, now he will be accused of not only tipping them over, but destroying them as well.
simply pressed in dirt, they most likely have been tipped many times before. set in blacktop or concrete takes more time and money to reset.
did he end up getting lucky and got away with it? or did someone witness it and call in about it? -
