Hitting my breaking point with reefer

You know it!! they are not perfect, and have their quirks. However the pay commitment and no a55holes in the bunch make them great to drive for.

 

Quite a few companies are going to guaranteed minimum pay now.
K&B Transportation has had that for a long time.

 

I like the guaranteed paid thing. I can say I have a minimum salary of $52,000 and don't worry about miles or if they don't have a load. More companies should go this way.

 

That is what they need to do if they wanna keep drivers! I appreciate West Side so much because I have driven for 2 me gas. It is a different world. We have a great driver relations manager as well. Her name is Sue, and I stop in sometimes to tell her I have no complaints.
