Thanks for all your replies.. I have been thinking all of it over.. went and checked out the fuel delivery job.. well, was not what one would think.. I talked to a couple of the gas stations that they deliver to.. and it appears they have a high turnover and the driver's are not happy.. so, decided against taking that job.. also they pay was borible.. he was going to start me at $7.50 an hour..
I really do want to be OTR.. so, I have a few options... I will have to start with the gaining companies.. I am talking with Prime, Roehl and Werner... Werner has a terminal here in Omaha where I live.... Just a 20 minute drive from my house..
That seems like a plus to me.. Prime and Roehl terminals are about 3 or more hours away..
Is there an advantage to working for werner where there is a terminal where I live.. -
There are more companies that will train in and around Omaha other than Werner. Personally I would check with those other companies long before Werner would even be a consideration.

Okay thanks.. I will check out the other companies.. and will consider tanker... I also enjoy flatbed..
