@STexan yep...I completely understand your sentiment. I was kinda feeling the same way as you when I first started, and then realized most of our drivers are older, with a lot of experience.
But, your concern is one reason why even a GREAT company is not for everyone.

I've been here on my 3rd yr, and I'm sure as hell not starving.
Maybe some team outfits do...but I get consistent miles every single week, bc I go to the same stores every single week.
One week, I get ~6500 miles, and the next I get ~4000 miles.

Did you even comprehend the premise of my statement?
Clarity: I would not run team. Not for Hobby Lobby, nor anyone else (hence the reason I quoted STexan). And I didn't say TEAMS are starved in a predominantly team operation...I said solos tend to get starved out.
And if you ARE running 6,400 miles a week solo....I sure as heck don't want that job; I don't wanna work that hard and I like to obey the law. -
