Holland Pay

    Thanks for the reply Radman. Do Holland road drivers load and unload? Are you familiar with the Chicago terminal?

    I don't work for Holland. I work a Reddaway so we operate differently. I'm out west. But I think Linehaul for Holland does work the dock.

    Depends on the terminal. If you run into a velocity center, (like Des Moines for example) the driver kicks his own. In Chicago you dont touch it. You also RARELY get out on time in Chicago (Wheeling is worse) lol. Otherwise, no. But on the plus side, most of it is floor loaded. Holland doesnt pack it "high and tight". Thats why we have something like 99.3% damage free freight.

    im wondering if that was a joke, who would think of snider over an LTL company that also has some union ties (benefits). Snider, ( I misspell on purpose to not trigger adds). is a good starter company but if you can get another company above the normal mega carriers to hire and or train you , go for it.
