My adventure with holland begins, my first 5 days ran a velocity run, out of Knoxville TN to Atlanta GA,great run grossed 1300$ on first week with trainer, second week I ran from Knoxville to spartansburgs SC
Then to Lexington, then went to bed at a hotel, then woke up drove to Louisville-then to Indianapolis for orientation, orientation is 18.17 an hour for me an I'm making .45 CPm full paid medical benefits, an I'm gonna be averaging about 3000-3400 miles a week legally an home on weekends,
Only one company could beat this company an that's UPS.

You bugging 0.45 cpm and 3000 to 3400 miles a week it sounds like a rookie job and anybody else can beat that and 1300 $ for that many miles means you are been underpaid. I work for jb hunt at the home depot account in breinigsville pa they start at .0.57cpm and i get 0.63cpm per mile, 20$ per hour detention and 10$ drop and hook so i only need 1800 to gross 1600 or more and i'm home every night. Not trying to advertise the company or anything just saying and i know some guys out there are making more than me and working less.

Wow didn't know JB hunt paid 83k-93k as a company driver.

Holland is a good company. Don't know how that pension thing is working out though. Reading the Holland board on TB.com seems like their always busy. Good luck.
