Yup. Home Depot receiving people have been among the worst I've ever dealt with. I used to drive for an LTL carrier and when you have that many stops to deliver, you can't make that appointment time they give you. When you get there they got an attitude, got their boxers wadded up their butt, and give you the obama look. They don't care how long you were held up at your other stops - YOU MISSED YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!

Even later, when I pulled a reefer and delivered plants that I could unload with my own lift gate, I had idiots that told me I'd have to wait for another appointment. I had to just start unloading anyway, while they kept yelling at me to stop, and just wait til a manager came out. Bunch of idiots!

I made the same decision years ago, not to shop at the Home Despot. That's what I call them. Lowe's is a heck of a lot better. They'll work with you and even allowed me to unload those plants while they were closing up. They just signed my bill and I was off. Great company - Lowe's.
