Homeland Security setting up counterspy unit

I kind of agree with you there. The original intent was good, but I'm not sure about it now!

 

I can never get over how many different kinds of law enforcement people there are in the USA. There are literally hundreds of them. Every federal dept. has it's cops. All kinds of different state cops, You guys have cops coming out your ears. It's really dumb. You have all these different cops stepping all over each other to catch the bad guys. Here in Canada we have 3 different forces. The mounties for federal stuff the provinicial and the local. With just 3 different types of cops to deal with it is still hard to keep the buggers on the straight and narrow. With the number of forces in the USA it is impossible to oversee them.
