    You are gonna find most companies have similar or more strict policies. I think that you will find that the grass is not so green on the other lawns out there......

    Also remember that Hometime is something that is between you and your fleet manager. many FM's work with their drivers, but that sometimes depends on how you build your relationship with that FM. Just like anywhere, personal and social skills are essential in developing a good working relationship with your FM.

    You know there is a difference between Conway Freight (the LTL company) and Conway truckload (based in Joplin, used to be CFI), right IP? :biggrin_25526:
