I just got my Galaxy 94HP from Sparky's.

It works great! They did their free bench tune and as a special request, I ask them to add on an extra 6' of 10 gauge power cord to the radio's harness. They did so for an extra $5.00 and did a fantastic professional job doing so! They aligned my radio and did the "AM" cb conversion so that it can be used on 19 properly. I definetly give Sparky's two thumbs way up for their work and business!

On a note, for special requests, you'll have to place your order directly over the phone with one of their representatives. You can find their number on their website.
Just google sparky's cb shack. The representative that assisted me I think has a studder problem, so be patient and polite. I thought his phone was having connection issues and I mentioned that to him and he kinda cleared his throat over the phone...I think I accidentally offended him :( nice guy though. Great business! Will do business with Sparky's again!!! Next im getting the Predator 10-k antenna for my new radio. :biggrin_255:

Not sure which two you were implying? I am in the same neutral zone as you about that. Noticed right after cbdoctor replied to my quote, he still continued to hijack (spam) this thread with the same b.s. I asked him to quit talking about?
What an ignorant fool. It boors the crap outa me listening to Ben Stein speak about how to manage your finances blah blah blah, let's talk about linears on an advanced scale so that all the beginners and amatuers can poop their pants and laugh!
Anyway, sorry. Cbdoc sounds like a nice guy but, only seems to read too much into his capacity and disregards the lifelyhood of us truckers looking for a "good cb shop."

I don't think cbdoctor cares about the fact that he/she is still hijacking this thread. Maybe the site moderator should handle this?

I'm not hijacking anything! I'm sure that I can be of assistance elsewhere.
    Sorry for the hard feelings.

Ray's cb shop in west memphis ar, right beside the petro in the brokerage building. Ray or Andy are the only 2 tech's that work there and they are the only 2 that touch any of my stuff and haven't had any issues since I have been going there for the last 7+ years. 870-735-9799. Ray has 35+years experience and Andy has 10+, all with Ray

No hard feelings! None taken! You should just go ahead and post your own thread with your own support and advice. If you wana show off all your pics and tell everyone how much XP you have and make a story out of it by "Hi-Jacking" this thread with multiple "Large" posts, go do it elsewhere! It's irritating and "You" will loose business and likeliness.

Sorry but, you're making yourself look bad rather than good by "hi-jacking" this thread. you want to impress someone. Build a web page, and post your link on this thread.:biggrin_2559:

You can tell your story there.

Here, in this this thread subject, we're talking about 1 completely different thing. You brought in a whole crap load of info nobody really gives a s*** about and if they did, I'm sure they would be looking for somebody like you however, not a lot of people run a linear anymore. most new hi-powered radios come with built-in amplifiers such as, galaxy 94HP, 98HP, Connex 4600T.
If somebody wants a great radio and doesn't want it to get messed with, buy a "Big Rig" radio.

Either way, running a linear is illegal just as, owning and using a converted 10-meter amateur radio without an approved FCC license is also illegal.
