Honest CRST experience

Thought I'd give an update on my contract I am on month 8 of 10. Average earnings right at 900ish. These last two weeks were both closer to 1100. Not to bad, haven't really been dcked around too much. Still rolling good. Might even stick around for a while after, until I find something that peaks my interest.

 

I hear the same thing... But in person many just seem kinda lazy and not motivated to work. Or they just feel entitled to hop in a brand new peterbilt and make 55cpm, it might have to do with my driver manger too, she's been there 22 years and knows her stuff. If we need something done she usually gets it done. They are still quite unorganized but I mean they have 5 terminals and 8 office buildings so what do you really expect ya know?

 

Yea I don't complain and I work with them. I also don't have kids and I'm not married, so I kinda just go home to play with my toys lol. If they says it's getting busy I'll stick around for a while and go home when it's slow. They really appreciate that that's for sure! And I appreciate the money. Do you drive for CRST?

 

Ah I see, where are you out of?

 

Yea I've been shopping around but it seems like all I one across are giant company's like US express TMC ect. It's extremely overwhelming
