Hood movement

Im having a similar issue with my 2004 379, it got a new hood installed and it seems like those rubber shims are installed incorrectly, i have a very noticeable slope and it doesnt seem like it sits like other 379 hoods. The photos i added show the bolts and rubber shims, do i need to install more to the front bolt to even the hood out?
