Hoosier Tradewinds

If you or someone you know has been a victim of Tradewinds not paying you what is owed to you, and you haven't or haven't been able to do anything about it, well, now is your chance.
I too am another recent victim of the"Cook enterprise" and have been in contact with a law firm to take actions needed to get the funds due to me from them (Maintenance Escrow, Performance Bond and D2 Link Deposit).
I am seeking any and all victims of this corrupt "organization" that wish to be added to a Class Action Lawsuit, as well as witnesses to their corrupt ways. We are talking Class Action for monetary and punitive damage rewards and Federal and State Prosecution as well.
You must have been employed with or contracted to Hoosier Tradewinds, Tradewinds or any other "entity" of the Cook's.

This is real folks, and I look forward to hearing from you and teaming up with ya's to get what we deserve and to give them what they deserve as well.

I am NOT intimidated by the "Cook Enterprise" (As I choose to call them), and the Law Firm I am working with in this matter is NOT either...this is going to not only get us "victims" what is owed to us, but also to make public the corrupt nature of Tradewinds, the Cook's and the cooperating staff of theirs as well.

YES, dumb### a stop payment on a check is considered a bad check moron. to all the drivers thinking about working for this company stay home, youre better off than giving youre money to these incompetent people. office personnel are just as bad. they know whats GOING ON. they DONT answer youre phone calls, but they will when DOT, LABOR BOARD, and the ATTORNEY GENERAL CALLS THEM. i wonder how many other leased trailers and trucks have been repossessed by who they lease to. star leasing wont have anything to do with them why mr. cook ? cause you screwed them too thats why their suing you.
