When you're unloading if it's starting to plie up on the grate over the pit you need to slow it down a bit. It all comes out about the same way, unless you're hauling DDGs or hominy then it comes out like a saint bernard through the cat door.

Any advice for pulling a hopper bottom with the truck and trailer being 75 to 80k lbs. Im kind of rusty on shifting thats the bad thing

Make sure the truck has a suspension gauge in the cab and learn to load the front hopper by that and the gauge on the trailer. He have the electric tarps on his wagons or the old style ones?motocross25 Thanks this.

I did in school but the equipment is old and raggedy thats my biggest issue. Think its worth a shot as a rookie

What sort of raggedy are we talking about here, faded paint, and white wheels or bald tires and no brakes.
