That last post wasn't really about you. I think you have a pretty good idea where the loads are all over.

New trans and clutch too for $12K!?? You're killing me here!
We bought the T-600 in my pic last summer for a lot more than that, 840,000 and everything was original. How many miles does it have on the overhaul?

Anybody use Lucas fifth wheel lube? We got a bottle and I've done ours once. I dropped a trailer for a tarp and it looks likes it's doing the job. I made a lot less of a mess with it than I do with regular grease. I like to use a lot of grease though- that may be part of it.

If you to continue to have bolts vibirate loose, you probably have a miss, or an driveline vibration. An engine miss will cause bellhousing and related bolts to back out.
Been there, done that. Found out the hard way when I tried to start the truck, and the bellhousing was seperated from the transmission by about 1 inch. Ended up I had a cracked piston causing a small miss I couldn't detect. It was a VT-903, and didn't sound like it was missing.
If you have puffing smoke comming out the oil filler tube, then suspect rings or a piston.
