    I think it will have stopped snowing but how much will be on the ground I don't know. Parts of Iowa were supposed to get a lot of snow.

    Anyone tried to order a new hopper lately? Wilson is 3 months out and my local dealer is only allowed 3 a month. Farmers are itching to spend that government money.

    Become a farmer. I like looking up what the ones locally get so I can laugh when I hear how tough they have it. It's all posted online.

    For example the #5 highest recipient in my zip code is worth over $50 million dollars (from selling a computer business) however he received $370,745.58 in farm subsidies (farm welfare) from 1995-2006

    Last time I checked new trailer prices were around 40 grand. Rates are going to have to go up a lot to afford those. There aren't many farmers pulling new trailers around here.

    Oh man around here just about everyone has new(er) equipment. The grain line looks like a truck show half the time. Of course if you ask them, times are tough as their standing beside their new stainless hopper. :biggrin_25523:
