I would have settled for 20 mph wind. Winds here were 40-50 from the north. Trying to get some loads lined up but the deadhead on them is just to excessive. They aren't paying enough to just come back empty and they are longer loads... in the 200 mile one way range. Local loads, when they have them, pay much better than regional.

In Kansas you have until March 1 until they enforce IRP.
