Well it was 40mph tops from Beebe, AR to Little Rock and I get down here and the place I am reloading at is closing and going home because of the bad weather, here I sit at the Petro till morning and I hope it clears up. This week is starting off bad, I think I will go home and sit till spring.

I bet someday they look back and remember the time when they first moved to Ark and had to live in the truck for a while. "Those were the days."

Didn't have any calves last night, must be waiting for more snow and wind tonight! I'm not apologizing for how our trucks look, a truck that's paid for is always a beautiful thing. Can't wait till spring to clean them up good though.

That could've been a super bowl commercial! :biggrin_2559: For what, I'm not sure, but its still funny....

That bites, maybe it will move out tonight and you can get off to a good start in the morning.

We had about an inch of snow, then it tapered off, could get some more tonight then windy tomorrow. Then arctic cold again Wed night, fun, fun, fun.....
I wish we had Puxatony Polamalu instead of the ground hog, I'd take 6 more weeks of football instead of 6 more weeks of winter.

We got about 4" and 8 degrees right now. Roads are pretty well snow packed, I think we're staying parked today.

Its tight but we have a TV and DVD's for the kids plust the usual coloring books and games. Momma and Tank are the only ones allowed in the jump seat which resolved the issue with the 3 little ones but there have been a couple of rough times between the wife and Tank.:yes2557: Its his seat but he will usually let her ride in it if she gives him "THE LOOK". :biggrin_2559:

All of this is the reason for moving. I'm a family man and going from a business where I was around 24/7 to being gone for 3-4 weeks has been hard on everyone. We have been looking at adoption horses already and will be getting a steer that I'm gonna name Dinner.:yes2557::biggrin_2559:

Just saw on the news that Bungee in Council Bluffs had a fire last night. I bet that slows things down a bit over there. :biggrin_25524:

5 mouths, congratulations on the acreage! Thats fantastic. :yes2557:

28* here with wind about as strong as temp. Thought would haul some this week but the rates that I've been quoted forget that. Grain rates are kinda pitiful right now.
