Seems Tank is one very smart dog. Mo kicked him out of his seat today so he quietly pulled her pillow off the bed and snuggled in for a nap..:yes2557::biggrin_2559:

Gotta love the corporate mentality at this particular mill...schedule an hour-and-half long safety meeting at 8:00 in the morning and neglect to inform your carriers of said meeting, so that they can have the pleasure of sitting needlessly while you teach your stellar group of employees that live electrical wires can harm you. (It doesn't surprise me they need to be told this.) Good thing I'm being paid detention....wait, I'm not...must have dozed off and been dreaming again!

I know at Cargill grain elevators they like to have their weekly 30 minute safety meetings...and no they don't normally tell the drivers. Seems like they should have the meetings earlier and open at their scheduled time. Funny they don't stay open later to make up for it.

Horizon is pissed off today apparently. About a dozen trucks showed up last night just before their 5:30 closing time. THEIR rule is, if the paperwork is on their desk before 5:30 they will unload you no matter how long it takes. Apparently they didnt get everybody unloaded until after 8pm last night.

So today... we get punished. I got to haul in one load of wheat before being pulled off. Back to Colwich I went! GAWD I need a new job lol

I'm guessing they might change the rule now. There is always some trucks pushing the closing deadline. If there is nothing else going they will really push it. Like at Colwich there is always someone coming in at last moment hoping to get unloaded. They need to quit unloading late trucks and the trucks will quit it.
