Well, that's odd. If he was paying to have it fixed there's no real reason to be scared to tell you about it.
Kinda what I thought. Just told me been wrecked would have helped. Oh well, that was a looong time ago. Pharm will figure sometime out... he has the right idea just enjoy the weekend.
See what I mean, at the end of the day every contract is just a piece of paper. It is the people that write and sign the thing that matter. If you treat people with respect and dignity, things will go your way. All I am saying is that he is not doing anything dishonest by telling them that he simply CANNOT get that thing to them as soon as they would like. Just as the bank is negotiating with them, they will negotiate with Pharm. There is no one person calling the shots in trucking. It is a bunch of people working together for a common goal. Pharm should not allow himself to be the sacrificial lamb in a deal that was entirely not his fault.
Your post makes sense to me but I don't own the trailer. Whoever does could be a real butt head. I agree Pharms getting a bad deal...Hopefully he could get extension of time but trucking can be cruel.
the guys rob is renting the trailer from are jerks.i have no dought the trailer is being repoed from them.and robs stuck in the middle.. walt
Rob, If you can find out that it is being repo'd and who the bank is ,,,,now is the perfect time to discuss a buy-out of the trailer. The bank sure as heck doesn't want it...
It is more than likely that their credit line for floor plan/rental units has been canceled or reduced. The bank/lender could be closing as well. Happening a lot in this lending climate.
THAT's exactly what they said. Some company Financial Federal owns half their "floor plan". And they want the trailers part of their business consolidated asap. As of now I have some time again. Maybe a month if the financing doesn't go through, but at least some notice.
