Sorry, I added local to my post. Didn't want people to think a big outfit went under. They were just a 7 truck outfit that came from SW Kansas. They were a pain to us locals, just butchered the rates here. They put some good outfits out of business.

It would be nice if one of the big bottom feeders went under but not sure that will be anytime soon.

Talking to Sun Valley owner yesterday. He said he was talking to Mexicans that used to run for Mueller. Evidently Mueller went under. Didn't see any of their trucks at harvest wondered about it. I saw those trucks too at Stafford think they hauled from that area. They pulled spreads behind them.

Could be they pulled those too. Some hopper outfits haul gasoline and chemicals. Keeps them busy during the winter.

There safestat score reflects that. They were on the inspect list because of OOS trucks and drivers.

there is a muller out of iowa that pulls bull wagons. that may be who you have seen. they are rate cutters on that too.they came in on a regular haul i had to nc every week & cut my rate by five hundred dollars a load on a 565 mile haul. this was when fuel was four bucks a gallon.i have no use for outfits like this.
