    Jellybean, I've got a drop deck I also pull. Used to stay fairly busy, but the last 9 months or so haven't been anything to brag about.

    Dairyman, we got about 3-4 inches, school was cancelled, but the roads are fine now. I think south of us got a lot more snow. Are you ready for the big game Sunday? They should both be good games, I hope it ends up with the Bears and the Steelers in the super bowl. I wouldn't have predicted the Bears would get this far at the begining of the season, so this has been a nice surprise, hope they keep it up.

    Had a dusting of snow but have ice underneath. It's melted pretty good today. Guess I'm done hauling to ethanol plant the contract is done. Darn fuel keeps going up, cheapest is now $3.31.

    Dairyman we got about 3 inches. It's headed your way. It was drizzling this morning when I left then started snowing bout 9. Roads never really got bad except for bridges and overpasses. Blower fan blew a fuse and windshield bout froze completely over before I could get to a good place to get off the road. 14 tonight so I'm guessing the wet roads will be slick tomorrow. Packers Bears at Soldier in Jan.. If the Saints can't be in it I'll sure take that one.

    Fuel went up 11 cents here this week. I've had more truckers say they heard diesel was going to be higher this summer. Hope not, fuel is high enough for me right now.

    Fuel in town is $3.55 now. The thing that really gripes me is you can go in almost any direction and its cheaper. East across 136 Havana, McLean, Heyworth is always .10 to .15 cheaper than here. Toward Springfield, Beardstown, Virginia is cheaper by at least .05. :biggrin_25510:

    $3.34 is the cheapest around here. I can't say it's cheaper anywhere else.

    Fueled in Sherman, Tx for 3.13 Thursday had to work to get to pump but was worth it.
    High for week was in AR for 3.23.
