$3.79, $3.89 a lot of places in IL I saw, I was able to find some for $3.59 off the beaten path, probably not much longer though. :biggrin_25513:

What I'm hauling on now they adjusted it before started hauling. However that's already been eaten up by this lastest round of higher prices. Most of them have not gone up. Guess just have to hang on and ride it out. $3.75 in hutch, $3.79 in Wichita.

WH, loaded Milo today behind a Sun Valley truck and boy what an idiot. We loaded on the outside of the elevator and he pulled in the wrong way so he had to watch the loader out of his passenger mirror, that wasn't really an issue but he didn't stay in the truck he got out and screwed around with the truck. The loader was waving for him to move up and he is outside the truck so I honked at him and he just turned around and looked at me like what was my problem, he did it twice while loading.

Sun Valley has some real winners driving their trucks. I know most of the old hands and they are good but the new ones are something else.

I had a Sun Valley truck blow by me on four lane today. Can tell he doesn't pay the fuel bill.

Hauled to Bartlett today and was a real adventure. They had two cranes in the way where you unload. Total mess going to unload. IMO they should have just closed the elevator until they were done with cranes.

This other outfit called MTI pulling an old Sun Valley trailer was loading Milo in front of a friend of mine and the loader waved at him to pull up and he drove off and dumped some on the ground. Then came back because he was lite. If it was me I wouldn't have loaded anymore on him.

I am staying busy and keeping the door shut. So far it beats pulling a flat and hanging out all day in a pipe yard waiting to load or unload.

Good to hear grain hauling is welcoming you back with open arms! How's it feel to sleep in your own bed for more than a couple nights at a time???
