Unless I'm misunderstanding the pressure would be the same throughout the system. The only difference would be if the shop planned to run a larger air line coming straight from the tank that would provide the vibrator with a larger volume of air. If the air lines are the same size there would be no advantage to either method in terms of operation.

Isn't that line one way only? It fills the tank but the air from the tank will not flow back out of the tank through that line. There's a one way valve there. So connecting into the line feeding the air tank will only get you air coming from the truck.

My vibrators are teed off at the center, youll still get the same airflow and pressure. If you want to see your vibrators last you had better install a regulator and oiler also.

Still hauling soybean meal, and still hauling midds, just not as many loads as in the past...

We're using the DDG with some grain loads that we have moving, and it's making for some very healthy per mile numbers.

Big John and wheathauler Thank this.

Midds will come off ok for the most part. The hard part is getting them started. Vibrators help a lot, but if you don't have them, just start tapping at the bottom of each hopper, working your way up, and on both sides. After 5 or 10 minutes, they'll fall and you'll be on your way.

Highside, busy during harvest? I was busier than I thought I would be. I'm getting a little concerned about the fall crops but maybe it will rain again some day.

You'll look like the Pillsbury Doughboy when you get through unloading. Try not to sweat, or you'll be more like a concrete statue when it dries. LOL
